2k Two components Sprayer Pump System are used for applying quick set liquid rubber.
The liquid rubber and the B-component are separately connected to the pump.
The system is equipped with a dual spray gun, that means that two separated products are combined just before they hit the surface. The high power and long hoses make it possible to apply on a long distance (120 meters) from the pump.
Quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating use a special process, mix the ultra-fine, suspension, microemulsion modified emulsified asphalt and synthetic anionic polymers (A component), and then mix with special hardener ( B) ,after the reaction , to form a high performance waterproof, impervious, corrosion protective coatings.
Film-forming mechanism
Part A and part B of the spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating are sprayed through two nozzles in the airless spraying equipment respectively, and then sprayed to the base surface in fan-shaped high-speed spraying, atomization, cross collision and mixed spraying. Under the action of coagulant, the main agent destroys the charge stability of polymer emulsion and emulsified asphalt, causing it to break up quickly, salt out of water and condense into polymer film.
