Scope of application:
This machine is suitable for mixing various materials, such as paints, paper pulp, dye, coating and emulsion, which can also lower labor intensity and improve work efficiency. It is very suitable for mixing semi-fluid substance, such as big bucket of asphalt lacquer or coating. It takes compressed air as the power source so without fire hazards. Features of the machine are secondary variable speed, high-power, rotate stable, mixing uniform, durable.
Matters Needing Attention:
There is much correlation between service life of pneumatic tools, fair use and proper maintenance. Therefore, matters shall be attention as follows:
1 Used compressed air shall be keeping in 0.63Mpa, and it shall be purified. Higher air pressure will increase wears and decrease service life but tools will not function well if the air pressure lowers too much.
2 Filter, pressure regulator and injector shall be installed in air channel lubricating oil shall be injected via air pipe one time per 2 or 3 hours if there is no three parts above. It shall be using 20# engine oil in summer and using 10# engine oil in winter.
3 Air channel shall be activated before the tool connected with air channel for exhausting dirt.
4 It shall not be disassembled on site when a failure occurs.
5 The tool shall be protected in working and also shall not be thrown away freely for preventing damages its function and parts.
6 Generally, the tool shall be maintained once per month for clean it. Easily damaged parts shall be checked and the tool shall be opened when maintenance. First, Washing parts with kerosene and then dry it up. Tore parts shall be replaced when they were found in maintaining (such as the stator, rotor blade, pneumatic cylinder back cover and gears).
