Working Principle:
The sand and air in the sandblasting machine are driven by compressed air into internal pipe blaster via the sandblasting hose, then distributed by the sandblaster and afterwards shot at the pipe inner wall by two nozzles forming an angle of 130°; the nozzles rotate with the nozzle fixing head under the influence of the recoil force of the air and the sandblaster moves along the pipe length, thereby realizing cleaning of the pipe inner wall.
Use:
- Adjust the Moving Ring so that the eight wheels on the carriage rest on the pipe inner wall to be cleaned, and then tighten the thumbscrew on the moving ring for fixation
- For the purpose of trial run and sandblasting, make sure to place the rotating nozzles into the pipe to be cleaned, but do not start with the nozzles outside the pipe to be cleaned, thereby avoiding unnecessary accidents.
- Adjust tightness of regulating sleeve of the sand feed pipe (first, loosen the lock nut, adjust with the supplied wrench and tighten the lock nut after adjustment), so that the speed of the rotating nozzles can be adjusted within a certain range, but the speed shall be controlled within 200~500 r/min.
- Place the sandblaster into the pipe to be cleaned before sandblasting and transfer it from one end to the other before starting sandblasting. Adjust the optimum speed as required and slowly pull the sandblasting hose during sandblasting, so that it retreats from the pipe at a constant speed.
- If no sand is shot due to blockage, first shut it down and exhaust the air before overhaul can be carried out.
- Frequently or regularly check the wear parts and promptly replace seriously worn ones once identified. Otherwise, it not only affects the quality and efficiency but also easily causes accidents.
